Redefining Relationship with Food

If food tends to feel more like a frenemy, this session is likely to be very beneficial.  Old limiting patterns are addressed and released surrounding food.  Participants have reported a refreshed feeling around old habits and tendencies.  Your relationship with food is likely to shift to a more enjoyable experience as you bring in a higher level of health!
