Grounding Amidst Uncertainty

Uncertainty can be very un-grounding and limit our experiences creating fear and anxiety.  This session focuses on releasing any vibrations that prevent us from feeling security and support.  Having a safe foundation is a precursor to achieving our goals and feeling safe and hopeful along the way!
