Loss of a loved one can be very difficult.  Feelings of grief and depression can get stuck and sometimes stifled and suppressed.  This session allows for the feelings of grief to have a way to release.  It allows for the grief to have a space to process and honor that those feelings of sadness are felt from the loss of a beautiful love.  Allowing the body to have these feelings while supporting those vibrations enables the grieving process an easier more expressive path.
