The sessions can be done in any order, it is the power of your intention that is key to gaining a firm grounding in the present moment. You will bring in gratitude and release worry, anxiety and uncertainty as you own your power to connect to Mother Earth and stand strong in your life! Uncertainty can be very un-grounding and limit our experiences creating fear and anxiety. This session focuses on releasing any vibrations that prevent us from feeling security and support. Having a safe foundation is a precursor to achieving our goals and feeling safe and hopeful along the way!

Interrupting Anxiety with Gratitude

Anxiety is a result of fear of future mishaps. If we focus on the things we are grateful for instead of that which we fear, we allow more things to be grateful for into our lives. This session focuses on releasing those feelings of anxiety and nervousness and replacing them with gratitude. Listen anytime you're feeling unsure or unsettled.
